Job Description
Medpace is looking for fresh graduates and early-career professionals to join as Entry Level Software QA Test Engineers in their Mumbai office. This role is ideal for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in software testing, validation, and quality assurance within a leading clinical contract research organization (CRO). You will work closely with developers and end-users to ensure high-quality software solutions that meet industry standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with developers and end-users throughout the software development life cycle.
- Perform manual, exploratory, and automated testing to identify defects and inconsistencies.
- Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and documentation for projects.
- Participate in peer reviews of test cases and contribute to improving testing strategies.
- Report and track software defects to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Analyze and supplement requirement specifications to ensure 100% test coverage.
- Assist in the execution of acceptance test scripts and validation processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Technical Skills:
- Experience in manual testing for software applications.
- Knowledge of automated testing is a plus.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Additional Preferences:
- Prior experience in the regulated healthcare industry is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-departmental teams.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
