Job Description

Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: B.E./B. Tech. / M.E. / M. Tech. (CS/IT and Circuital Branches)
- Academic Performance:
- 10th & 12th: 60% or above
- Graduation: 60% or CGPA Equivalent to 6.0 or above
- Other Requirements:
- One backlog allowed at the time of assessment (must be cleared before 8th semester).
- Maximum 3-year gap in education (between 10th and graduation commencement).
- Full-time degree from a recognized Central/State Government institution.
- Must be an Indian citizen (or hold a PIO/OCI card). Bhutan and Nepal nationals must provide a citizenship certificate.
- Candidates should be 18+ years old during registration.
Compensation & Benefits:
- CTC: INR 3.50 LPA
- Bonus Structure:
- INR 25,000 flat bonus after 6 months (merged after 12 months payout).
- Regular yearly increments.
- Additional merged bonuses at 18, 24, and 36 months from the date of joining.
- Service Agreement: 12 months post-joining with a ₹75,000 bond (pro-rata basis).
Selection Process:
- Online Assessment (128 mins):
- Aptitude Test (Logical, Quantitative, English) – 48 mins
- Written Communication Test (Essay Writing) – 20 mins
- Programming Test (Coding in Java, C, C++, or Python) – 60 mins
- Voice Assessment (For shortlisted candidates)
- Business Discussion (Final interview round)
