Job Description
Genpact is hiring Management Trainees in Pricing & Promotions / Supply Chain. This role is ideal for candidates looking to develop expertise in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, and Supply Chain processes. The position requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying and rectifying deductions and revenue leakages.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert new recovery opportunities by analyzing historical customer behaviors.
- Investigate data to deliver analytical recommendations aligned with business needs.
- Drive process improvements by identifying leakage prevention insights.
- Train and develop the team to establish a knowledge base of resources.
- Engage with supervisors and clients to resolve complex issues.
- Participate in special projects and support senior management.
Pricing & Promotions:
- Validate deductions related to Price Changes and Trade Promotions.
- Identify revenue leakages and work with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
Supply Chain:
- Validate deductions related to Order Management, Logistics, and non-trade deductions.
- Analyze discrepancies in Bill of Lading (BOL) and Proof of Delivery (POD) to identify invalid deductions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: B.Tech or Graduate/Post Graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Experience in Order to Cash & Accounts Receivable domain.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Knowledge of Trade Promotions, Pricing, and Cash Applications (preferred in CPG, Healthcare, or Food Industry).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP).
- Exposure to Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Prior team lead or management experience.
