Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality technical interview questions across multiple domains such as software engineering and data science.
Leverage engineering expertise to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and difficulty level of content.
Utilize Generative AI tools to enhance content creation and assessment methodologies.
Conduct peer reviews to maintain consistency and quality standards.
Integrate feedback and iterate on interview content based on performance data and reviewer input.
Collaborate with a global team while maintaining alignment with Indian Standard Time (IST) for core working hours.

Required Skills:

Minimum 1+ years of post-academic experience as a software engineer.
Proficiency in at least one common programming language.
Experience working remotely with global teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Generative AI / ChatGPT for content generation.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
Background in project, product, or program management.
