This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates to join the PDM department within the Engineering unit, contributing to product improvements through change management and governance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create and manage Problem Reports, Change Requests, and Change Notices for design and production modifications.
- Maintain Production Bill of Materials (P BOM) and ensure seamless integration of design changes.
- Handle phase-in/phase-out processes based on stock availability, open purchase orders, and production demand.
- Analyze and validate Design changes for accuracy before implementation.
- Ensure Master Data and BOM consistency across global systems.
- Enrich Material Master attributes in Windchill PDMLink and SAP.
- Participate in Engineering Change Management (ECM) meetings with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Degree: BE in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics (EEE), or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience: 0 – 6 months (freshers can apply).
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Change Management frameworks.
- Ability to coordinate with global stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint for data reporting.
- Exposure to Excel Macros and Power BI (preferred).
- Strong planning and prioritization skills.
- Fluent in English (Oral & Written).
- Willingness to work across different time zones.
