Google is hiring Web Solutions Engineers for its gTech Ads division. This role is open to fresh graduates from Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. As a Web Solutions Engineer, you will work on globally scalable solutions, integrating ad technologies, and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collect requirements and provide technical guidance for ad products and technologies.
- Design, develop, and build scalable ad solutions and best practices for customers, sellers, and partners.
- Adapt and enhance regional ad solutions into globally scalable solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end solution lifecycle, from discovery to launch, including feature requests and maintenance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience with SQL, Web Technologies, Technical Design, Troubleshooting, and Stakeholder Management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Experience with ad tech products (e.g., Ad Server, DSPs, DMPs, Web Analytics).
- Strong project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
