Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with product managers, owners, and engineers to develop Salesforce-based solutions.
- Configure and enhance Salesforce applications using APEX, LWC, Flows, APIs, and other development tools.
- Participate in design discussions, document technical specifications, and collaborate with development teams.
- Gain hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AI-driven ChatBots.
- Follow Agile methodologies and contribute to process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field).
- Basic programming knowledge in Java, Python, C#, or similar languages.
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) concepts.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform features like account management, permission sets, flows, and process builder.
- Hands-on experience with APEX, LWC, APIs, and Salesforce development tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute ideas in a team setting.
