Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review software requirements and prepare detailed test scenarios.
- Execute usability tests using automation-assisted suites.
- Analyze test results to identify database impacts, errors, and usability issues.
- Document and report findings to the design team.
- Interact with clients to understand product requirements.
- Participate in design reviews, providing insights on product design and potential challenges.
- Develop and enhance automation frameworks like Robo/Jupiter for testing purposes.
- Work with SDH/SONET/Layer-0 technologies and network testing environments.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Python and scripting languages.
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Robo, Jupiter, etc.).
- Understanding of software test design and automation methodologies.
- Proficiency in network testing and Layer-0 technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with optical networking protocols and testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with SDH/SONET architectures.
- Exposure to automation testing tools and software validation.
- Knowledge of compatibility testing techniques.
