Position: Research Analyst
Location: Mumbai, New Delhi (Hybrid – 2-3 days in office)
Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers can apply)

Salary: ₹ 4 to 6 LPA (Via Glassdoor)

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers in executing research projects.
Manage data collection, sample design, and field operations.
Monitor fieldwork progress and handle field-related challenges.
Coordinate with internal teams (survey programming, data processing, coding teams).
Work with vendors, such as sample providers and translators.
Ensure quality control and update internal project tracking tools.
Perform tasks such as survey testing, sampling, and preparing project reports.
Escalate any project issues to supervisors promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in a client-specific time zone (PST, EST, CST, GMT).
Willingness to work on weekends on a rotational basis.
