Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand computer networks, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and virtualization technologies.
- Work with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (preferred but not mandatory).
- Gain exposure to scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members and share technical knowledge.
- Stay updated with industry trends and evolving technologies.
- Be flexible to work in client-specific time zones.
Required Qualifications
- Full-time graduate (No Master’s degree required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Skills Preferred
- Knowledge of system administration (Windows/Linux).
- Basic understanding of networking and virtualization.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Basic scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
