About the NATS Program
The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) is a flagship initiative by the Government of India under the Apprentices Act, 1961, offering fresh graduates a one-year, hands-on training program. Through this program, Volvo Group provides an opportunity to gain practical industry experience, work with qualified training managers, and develop both technical and soft skills for a successful transition from academics to a professional work environment.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science (CS) or Information Technology (IT).
- Graduation Year: 2022, 2023, or 2024.
- Academic Performance: Minimum 65% throughout (10th, 12th, and Graduation).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, C++).
- Good knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
