Job Overview
Meta is seeking a Graduate ASIC Engineer, Design to join its Infrastructure organization in Bangalore. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing cutting-edge ASIC accelerators for Meta’s data centers, which power services like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. This role provides an opportunity to collaborate with domain experts and build high-performance hardware accelerator ASICs for AI/ML, video processing, and more.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Participate in micro-architecture, design, and verification reviews.
- Develop RTL or HLS code for ASIC components.
- Analyze and optimize Power, Performance, and Area (PPA) of designs.
- Support and enhance verification infrastructure and coverage analysis.
- Assist in post-silicon validation and simulation acceleration.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 0-2 years (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Technical Skills:
- Exposure to micro-architecture development.
- Hands-on experience in RTL development using Verilog, System Verilog, or HLS.
- Knowledge of computer architecture and logic design.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Perl (preferred).
- Familiarity with linting, CDC, synthesis, and power optimization techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- Experience in data path development and high-performance computing.
- Understanding of ASIC design flows and verification methodologies.
