Job Description
As a Technical Solution Analyst I at Oracle, your role will involve:
- Investigations on Front-End Applications:
- Capturing information and applying fix tools.
- Shadowing end-users and testing workflows both internally and externally.
- Backend Techniques:
- Capturing log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and cycling servers.
- Communication:
- Effective verbal and written communication with clients and internal collaborators.
- Documentation:
- Maintaining detailed notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout investigation lifecycles.
- Prioritization:
- Balancing client and business needs by prioritizing work based on severity.
- Collaboration:
- Working among and across teams to ensure issues are addressed by the appropriate individuals.
