Job Summary

Amazon is hiring Tech Ops Associates to join its SMPO team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with basic knowledge of Linux, XML, SQL, and Regex. Candidates should have strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently while ensuring smooth operational workflows.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Work with Linux commands, filtering, and finding patterns in files.
Use XML, Regex, SQL queries, and other necessary tools for task execution.
Monitor and escalate hardware or software issues in a timely manner.
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Prioritize and schedule work assignments to meet deadlines.
Communicate issues and feature requests effectively with relevant details.
Commit to work on-site 5 days a week as per company requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
Technical Skills:
- Basic Linux knowledge – working with files and commands.
- Familiarity with XML, Regex, SQL queries.
