Google is hiring Web Solutions Engineers for its gTech Ads division. This role is open to fresh graduates from Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. As a Web Solutions Engineer, you will work on globally scalable solutions, integrating ad technologies, and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Collect requirements and provide technical guidance for ad products and technologies.
Design, develop, and build scalable ad solutions and best practices for customers, sellers, and partners.
Adapt and enhance regional ad solutions into globally scalable solutions.
Manage the end-to-end solution lifecycle, from discovery to launch, including feature requests and maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in Java, C++, or Python.
Experience with SQL, Web Technologies, Technical Design, Troubleshooting, and Stakeholder Management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
Experience with ad tech products (e.g., Ad Server, DSPs, DMPs, Web Analytics).
Strong project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
