Job Description
As a System Engineer at Norstella, you will:
- Manage IT Infrastructure:
- Design, deploy, and manage Windows-based infrastructure and Microsoft 365.
- Device Management:
- Administer Microsoft Intune for device management and security.
- Identity Management:
- Oversee Entra ID and Federation services.
- Network Management:
- Manage and troubleshoot local area networks (LAN).
- Cloud Services:
- Configure and maintain cloud services in Azure and AWS.
- Ensure Security:
- Manage network security for secure internet and private application access.
- Collaborate with Teams:
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate and support IT services.
- Documentation:
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Automation:
- Identify and implement new technologies to automate manual tasks.
- System Maintenance:
- Monitor, patch, and manage server environments and end-user computing (EUC) environments.
- Networking Solutions:
- Develop and maintain networking solutions.
- Collaboration:
- Work with Security and Cloud teams on various projects.
- Support:
- Provide support and knowledge transfer to the L1 and L2 Support Desk team.
Qualifications
