This role is ideal for candidates passionate about software engineering and technical content development. As part of the Content Team, you will create and refine high-quality technical interview questions used to assess engineering talent worldwide.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality technical interview questions across multiple domains such as software engineering and data science.
  • Leverage engineering expertise to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and difficulty level of content.
  • Utilize Generative AI tools to enhance content creation and assessment methodologies.
  • Conduct peer reviews to maintain consistency and quality standards.
  • Integrate feedback and iterate on interview content based on performance data and reviewer input.
  • Collaborate with a global team while maintaining alignment with Indian Standard Time (IST) for core working hours.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 1+ years of post-academic experience as a software engineer.
  • Proficiency in at least one common programming language.
  • Experience working remotely with global teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Generative AI / ChatGPT for content generation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Background in project, product, or program management.
