Roles & Responsibilities

  • Partner with development teams to improve system stability, reliability, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot incidents and drive system improvements.
  • Implement automation solutions to reduce operational overhead and improve efficiency.
  • Manage infrastructure changes, software releases, and business continuity tests.
  • Lead incident management and coordinate outage resolution with global teams.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance production support efficiency.
  • Work on resiliency engineering to improve system observability, scalability, and availability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Intermediate knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL syntax.
  • Experience with client/server-based application architectures.
  • Hands-on experience in Python, Perl, or Shell scripting.
  • Prior experience in application support, incident, and problem management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating across teams.
  • Prior financial services experience is a plus but not mandatory.
