About the Graduate Programme
The SITA Graduate Software Engineer Programme offers structured rotations across various projects, enabling graduates to contribute to real-world solutions while developing their technical and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and test software for customer-facing projects.
- Operate in a DevOps setting, contributing to software delivery lifecycle.

- Gain expertise in requirement analysis, design techniques, and best coding practices.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must have or be pursuing a degree in IT/Engineering at an honors level.
- Degree completion required by September 2025.
- Less than 12 months of post-graduate work experience (excluding internships/placements).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language.
- Ability to showcase problem-solving skills using design thinking or prototyping.
- Must have work authorization in India without the need for visa sponsorship.
